Drashti Dhami is going to have quite a blissful birthday this year.. From Madhubala to the recent Silsila, she has wowed fans with her brilliant performances. And she is recognized as one of the stunning women of Indian TV.

Drashti has killed it onscreen in her sarees and salwar kameezes. In her last show, she looked totally divine in sarees, jhumkas and flowers in her hair.

With her big eyes and dazzling smile, she is the perfect Indian beauty whom we love to crush on. She turns a year older today but it looks like she is ageing backwards. In interaction with Hindustan Times, Drashti revealed how she hopes to get fitter this year and has already started working towards the same.

“December mein bahut maze kiye hai so now I have to burn off all the extra calories. It was also the wedding season and I attended as many as four weddings which were a lot of fun, especially as one of them was a sudden one.”

Drashti also spoke about the backlash that she received with her last show, Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka where she played the role of a woman who falls in love with her best friend’s husband. Drashti feels that it’s all a part and parcel of the profession and she has no regrets whatsoever of doing shows like this.
