I Am Honored With Golden Globe Nomination For The Little Things Says Jared Leto
Hollywood actor Jared Leto has been nominated for Golden Globe Best Supporting Actor Award category for his nuanced performance in thriller The Little Things.
Actor Jared Leto recently received a Golden Globe nomination for his performance as Albert Sparma in The Little Things. His character is a suspect in a series of serial killings being investigated by Denzel Washington’s Joe “Deke” Deacon.
The nomination comes as another feather in Leto’s cap, who has already had an impressive career. The Oscar winner has proved that he’s willing to do almost anything to get into character for a role. However, he refused one costuming choice for his latest movie.
Jared Leto took to his social media profile and expressed his excitement and surprise. He tweeted, “I am so incredibly thankful to the HFPA for this nomination. The Little Things is written and directed by John Lee Hancock, the plot follows two police officers (Denzel Washington and Rami Malek) who try to catch a serial killer in 1990 Los Angeles, when they find a strange man (Jared Leto) who becomes their top suspect. Chris Bauer, Michael Hyatt, Terry Kinney, and Natalie Morales also star.
